Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscriptions

NicheStats™ is a subscription-based digital service operated by TAP Commerce. Access to the Service begins immediately after your payment is successfully processed via Stripe.

3. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services unless you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the Service begins.

By subscribing and receiving immediate access, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires once access begins.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal (or in-app billing link). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that time, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law or where a payment issue occurred (for example, duplicate charges or clear billing errors). If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact support@nichestats.com.
