Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscriptions

YouTube Stats is a subscription-based digital service operated by TAP Commerce. Access to the Service begins immediately after your payment is successfully processed via Stripe.

2. No Refunds

• All payments are final. Once access has been granted, subscriptions are non-refundable and non-prorated.
• We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

3. EU/EEA Withdrawal Waiver

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you acknowledge that by subscribing you request immediate performance of the digital service and waive any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal (or in-app billing link). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that time, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued where required by applicable law (for example, duplicate charges or payment errors). If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact support@youtubestats.com.
