NicheStats™ (“the Service”) is a YouTube analytics platform operated by TAP Commerce. The Service provides analytics and insights based on publicly available YouTube data via the YouTube Data API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google.

Certain features of the Service may include AI-generated insights, summaries, or suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

We collect your Google account details (name, email, avatar), subscription status, and usage logs. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store card information. Data is stored securely in our databases.

All rights in the Service, including its design, code, content, datasets, and branding, belong to us. You may use analytics results for your own internal or commercial purposes, but redistribution, resale, copying, or replication of the platform or its data is prohibited.

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
