YouTube Stats (“the Service”) is a YouTube analytics platform operated by TAP Commerce. The Service provides analytics and insights based on publicly available YouTube data via the YouTube Data API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google.

We collect your Google account details (name, email, avatar), subscription status, and usage logs. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store card information. Data is stored securely in our databases. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

All rights in the Service, design, code, and content belong to us. You may use analytics results for your own purposes, but redistribution, resale, or copying of our platform, datasets, or code is prohibited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stuttgart, Germany.

If you are a resident outside the EU/EEA, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
