This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines acceptable and prohibited uses of NicheStats™ (the “Service”), operated by TAP Commerce. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing, selling, renting, sublicensing, or transferring your account or login credentials to any third party.
• Automated access, scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or bulk extraction of data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Service, its software, or its code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with access controls, quotas, rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or other technical protections.
• Using the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the integrity, performance, availability, or security of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using the Service to infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action at our discretion. Such actions may include temporary or permanent suspension, restriction, or termination of your access to the Service, without refund, and without prior notice where permitted by law.

Where required or appropriate, we may also report unlawful activities to relevant authorities or cooperate with law enforcement requests.
